From start to finish, the whole team went above and beyond to support us through what can be a very stressful moving process.<br><br>A special thank you to Lynne, who even worked on her day off to help get our move over the line. She found us a new removal company at the last minute, chased solicitors, and did everything she could to make sure everything stayed on track. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her.<br><br>We'd also like to thank Robin, who was with us every step of the way, from our very first viewing right through to moving day. His support, communication, and reassurance throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and we always felt like we were in safe hands.

Answered all my questions, helped me navigate the referencing, etc. Very nice and refreshing to see a rental agency that actually treats tenants like people. Ben C was brilliant in lining up the particulars for the sale and also upfront re market value.. where clearly others will over value to get you on the books and never sell it which can be very stressful!. Kingstons managed a quick sale, on the money and have been on it with any information required. They Also recommended a solicitor who has been brilliant (Setfords). Thanks for the stress free sale team.

All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to the whole team.

18th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a good position for all the places we wanted to visit, the car parking being an added bonus. The only drawback for us was the intense heat, one of the hottest weekends of the year. There was plenty of airflow with the windows open, we did have a balcony, so a little outdoor space too.
