23rd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)This estate agents, are piss poor, being try to view a property for over two week’s, keep telling me there going to get back to me but never have, excuse’s after excuse’s, the place has been on the market for a while, even reduced in price, but still nothing, also got my partner to call, and they said someone was interested, which is lie’s as they have told me everytime that’s it’s still available, do not turst this estate agents…..

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

1st May 2024 (17 days ago)I had a great experience with Rayleigh bairstow eves. I've recently sold with them which was a very quick and smooth transition. Emma also managed to get me a mortgage appointment regarding my new house and managed to save me hundreds on my mortgage. Really grateful I used them and will definitely recommend.

11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had to sell my mother's house after she died and then my brother died a few months later. It has been a very traumatic experience. However Stephanie at Countryside Estates handled the whole matter in a both professional but more importantly very sensitive manner. One of her many strength's was her assertiveness with both the buyers and the solicitors making sure everyone was fully aware of what was needed to by done by whom and when it needed to be done by which then ensured everything was signed and agreed in a timely manner. I felt like I have been working with a consummate professional who knows everything involved in the process and legal requirements of selling a house with an obvious in depth experience and thorough knowledge of the market and conveyancing. I highly commend Countryside Estates and it goes without saying have nothing but gratitude for the brilliant customer service experience I receive from Stephanie.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

23rd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)We just bought our new home through St George and, while they were acting for the vendor rather than us as the purchaser, we have been hugely impressed with the way they run their business. Darren and his team are one of very few estate agents that we have ever come across that have been completely open and honest throughout the process. It is clear that they did so in a manner which also kept their client’s best interests at the forefront. Darren in particular came across as hugely experienced and was able to answer numerous questions about the property at our first viewing - normally when I ask basic questions to estate agents about a property, I am met with a blank stare!! Darren and his team however, either provided immediate answers or found the answer and actually communicated it to me. It was so refreshing to deal with genuine people who clearly take pride in their work. While we were on the other side of the transaction, we have been so impressed that we will be instructing them to sell our rental property.

As the sale progressed, with a number of hurdles along the way, Chelsea and team kept up the great work; the regular whatsapp updates were very much appreciated!! Great, clear price, friendly, supportive and empathetic professionals. I would happily recommend Amos Estates as the agents with a personal touch.

17th May 2020 (4 years ago)No communication at all in the first 3 months, no updates at all, only started to bring in viewers when we went multi agency. 50% of the time I had to call them to get my viewer feedback. On receiving an offer, whilst negotiating they encouraged the potential buyer to purchase a similar property as that seller was looking at buying another house also through them. When we eventually did sell, they lost the keys to our house, we had already moved out of the area. Upon completion they said they would call to let us know everything had gone through, didn’t hear a word from them once they had their money.
