19th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I would just like to mention Gerard Biagioni who helped me find new tenants for my office I own but also introduced a prospective buyer for the office as I was given to believe my tenants were leaving but they have now changed their minds. Gerard has in my opinion gone above and beyond helping me with what are very difficult tenants and tricky negotiations and has fought my corner every step of the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would most certainly engage him should I have to in the future.

29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I should have written this review a long time ago, but even to this day, thinking about the whole situation still makes me angry. I kept putting off writing this review, but I’ve decided it’s better to say something now than never. My experience with Hopson Property Southend was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the manager, Richard, was not helpful when it came to resolving our issue. There were no call-backs, no proper follow-ups, and we were constantly having to chase them for updates. What really frustrated me was how proactive they were when it came to demanding money, yet when it came to actually solving problems, there was very little urgency or cooperation. Despite making numerous attempts to get the matter resolved, nothing was properly sorted and we were ultimately left with no choice but to give up because they simply would not cooperate. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and the way the situation was handled has stayed with me to this day. I would not recommend them based on our experience. I would give it a negative star if there was an option.

22nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!
