And don't forget to pop in when you're passing.

10th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Scammers they don’t care about tenants at all. You will be repenting if u rent or buy through them as I have gone through this experience so I will hardly recommend avoiding them as they just care about their money only at the end of the day.
7th Oct 2024 (16 days ago)We recently had help from Helen to move into our new home. The whole transition from start to finish was seamless, she was so helpful and made the whole process so easy. The online portal was handy because it meant we could sign everything online making it a very quick process, it also ment on moving day we only had to collect the keys which allowed us to get moved in much earlier than anticipated.

The following day, an engineer was sent to me, machine fully broken. Engineer wrote a report, three days later I had a brand new, great brand of washing machine delivered and fitted. I was kept up to date with all details including delivery times via text or phone calls. None of the flats I have lived in before have ever been so caring and professional and I cannot recommend Stretton's property management highly enough. Chris was the gentleman who took care of everything so a huge thank you to him. What. Breath of fresh air !!!!! ?????????????????????

5th Oct 2024 (18 days ago)Gavin Hockett has found numerous viewings (15+) for the property that have taken place in less than two weeks since I instructed them as my agents. They priced correctly which has resulted in 5 offers, two above expected, that unfortunately had a small chain attached. I discussed with Gavin & went with a sensible offer of rim a first time buyer with another first time buyer in the wings. This company know their business, provide you with invaluable advice & more importantly check out the financial status of the buyers, not taking it off the market until a buyer can prove they can really buy the property. By being more select & taking on a smaller number of Clients they give you a much more personal service. Have been very impressed so far. Russell Burnett
