Throughout this time this agency continued to run viewings on the property when I had been told my offer had been accepted it was off the market. I spend significant time and money moving to get the purchase finalised but the seller/ estate agents decide to gazump me. Very unprofessional service and I would definitely avoid them if you can and go somewhere that sticks to agreed purchase deals.
