We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie . Unfortunately he moved branches . Un experienced agents doing the viewings . Boards going up , boards going down ! Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder . Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up . Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons . Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !... Read more
