After difficult experience with an 'online only' estate agent,who couldn't even get our property onto a website, we turned to Wards to sell my mother's park home. Within days the property photos and paperwork were done and the property posted on the websites. We had regular reports on the inquiries and packs that had been sent out to potential buyers and despite being December and the Christmas period, we had a good offer within weeks. One of the best estate agents I’ve dealt with, the manager is very good, talks a lot , but clearly knows what he’s talking about. I’ve bought and sold 4 properties through this branch and they have always managed to get me a higher selling price than the guide price, so worth the extra on the fees, you just have to see past what might seem like higher fees and trust people that can get the right figure on the sale.
