A Scammell
A few weeks ago, we sold our house through Langford Russell. If you are looking for an Estate Agent in Sevenoaks that really looks after you, then use this one! They are professional, have excellent marketing, and answer the phone quickly at all times. Everybody there knew what was going on, problems were resolved quickly and Paul and Michelle were just brilliant.
Bearing in mind what the market is like at the moment, from the first viewings to completion took just 15 weeks.
Various Estate Agents initially came and valued the house. Langford Russell were the quickest to return to us. One, who might be regarded as the “Leading Estate Agent” in Sevenoaks, didn’t come back to me until I rang a week later and then quoted a figure (and bear in mind this was before any potential offers might have been made) that was 16% lower than what Langford Russell actually SOLD ours for. This is a substantial amount of money.

We used Langford Russell to sell our flat towards the end of 2022 and would recommend their services to anyone looking for an agent to represent them in their property sale.
We worked directly with Will Delve-Thompson who was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. He always made time to answer questions and made sure to keep us up to date with any developments. In the later stages he was very proactive in getting the exchange and completion across the line.
