Jane and Gary are absolute professionals and you get honest advice and consistent communication throughout the process. My property sold within days of being listed and I’ve been so impressed from start to finish. Highly recommend them!
18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.

11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.<br>Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
