The fact that there was somone dedicated to making sure the sale went smoothly was wonderful as there are so many complex issues to content with at this point. Tina at Homes couldn't have been more helpful, always cheerful and positive and kept us updated of progress throughout the sale. Having bought and sold many times I am happy to say this was the best experience I've ever had. All of the staff were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process.
26th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.
