25th Nov 2024 (11 weeks ago)Without meaning to copy previous reviews I seriously cannot write anything negative about Sophie or Tony. From the moment I met Tony at the property for the viewing and Sophie on move in day absolutely nothing has been too much for them…..I really have been a handful at times with my requests. Both Sophie and Tony are professional, friendly and knowledgeable to excess but at the same time so approachable about absolutely anything, not just to do with the property. Tony please keep smiling. Your smile really does light up the room when you walk in. Thank you for everything you have done for me. Don’t ever leave!!! Sophie I hope you stay with King & Chasemore Midhurst for many years to come. You are so polite. Tony and Sophie it has been an absolute pleasure meeting you and working with you in finding a property that really is just perfect for me, my family and my disabilities. Thank you sooo much again Tony and Sophie.

But also her investment in us and her regard for the issues we had with our forward purchase. She went over and above and showed a genuine interest in how things were moving forward for us. She has put our other estate agent to shame and I think her role is valuable in this business!

16th Sep 2024 (21 weeks ago)I made the mistake of paying GG a lump sum upfront. After the required 12 weeks were up I pulled out as I felt they had made no attempt to market the property. They promised to return the fee in 28 days but didn't do so. Currently chasing through the courts, but I think they are very experienced at this game. Avoid!
3rd Feb 2025 (10 days ago)After my husband died I signed up with Charters to help me move from East Sussex to the Alresford area to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter had bought her property through Charters and from day one I found everyone, particularly Fred and Ryan, very professional, kind and pro-active. They understood exactly the type of property, location and, most important of all, the setting I wanted and although the property I’m now in the process of buying is registered with another agent, which is a great shame, the level of regular contact from Fred was exceptional. I cannot recommend Charters highly enough.

5th Feb 2025 (8 days ago)We recently sold our home in Godalming in order to move overseas and we were incredibly impressed with the service from everyone at WPR Godalming, in particular Stephen and Neil. The final stages of our sale took place whilst we were already overseas and the communication and service from Stephen and Neil was flawless. They went above and beyond to help with certain aspects of the sale, even going to the house with a locksmith to replace the 'smart' lock on our front door when it had failed! We are incredibly grateful for everything that you've all done, thank you very much.

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.

21st Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)White and Brooks helped to sell our flat and myself and my partner were so impressed with the service they offered. They had regular viewings arranged and helped us to get an offer quickly. However they really came into their own towards the end of the process when some issues to do with solicitors dow the chain threatened the success of the sale. Sophie Franklin and Emma Neville went above and beyond to help us chase people up, communicated with everyone involved and they managed to help solve the issue in time for the sale to still go through. We would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

Having now completed the sale I could honestly recommend his outstanding service to others looking for a professional, very well organised and friendly agent. We received first class service at all levels of communication which were met with immediate response and answered by Steve in person, leaving us feeling as though we were VIP clients! Full marks to Steve and his team for the energy and effort that provides this level of service and expertise.
