Laura has been nothing short of superb. As first-time buyers, she was on our side from start to finish, fighting our corner every step of the way. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and consistent, whether by phone or email. When solicitors make you feel like just another number and the stress of buying a home starts to mount, Laura is there to support you, keep you informed, and help ease the pressure. She genuinely made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much more manageable. I cannot recommend Laura and the rest of the team highly enough. She was very professional and ensured we were up-to-date on all the moving parts happening behind the scenes. She was very easy to contact and always available to answer questions that I’d imagine many first time buyers have.I would 100% recommend Ebony and Bairstow Eves if you are a first time buyer, she made what can be known as a rather stressful experience to be a very straight-forward one. Thank you so much for helping us buy our very first home and making the process go smoothly ??

Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

No ‘no’s straight away and was willing to see how they could help me.<br>Ruby was outstanding and helped me along the way to getting new home flawlessly and helped through any issue that arose.<br>Went the extra mile with removal of a few items on a weekend also to help me out!<br>Wish I could give 10 stars<br>Defo give Ruby&co a call for your property needs! :)
