Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

14th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Just a number for cash rather than a person with a home. Constant contact until you sign your name then you’re just a means to an end to get their commission quickly. Zero customer service or interest in sellers needs.

2nd Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I have just purchased a property through Equus Property. Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

18th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

They constantly updated me on viewings, liaised with the solicitors to keep things moving and arranged multiple visits to the property for the buyers for surveys etc. They are very proactive and I really recommend selling your property with them.

We originally had a viewing at one property and mentioned to Kevin a property we had noticed they were advertising. He was able to set up a viewing for the house that day. We met George at the property who was very knowledgeable. The both of them were able to get the answers to all our questions and also helped us get over the line. Really happy that we were paired with these two powerhouses! Thanks again for all your help and support during the process, especially with us being first time buyers!
20th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)We had an excellent experience with Bear from start to finish. Roman was great, clearly in touch with both the local and national housing market and BoE figures. Tia and Georgie lined up lots of viewings, all very well coordinated and communicated to us. Zoe pushed the entire chain along, it would have taken twice as long had it not been for her efforts. All in all cannot recommend the team at Bear enough, perfect balance of professionalism with the personal touch throughout.
