Feedback non-existent even after constant reminders. Not advertising it in the shop window for nearly two years.
Even had to chase them to remove it from Right Move when we terminated their contract.
The only positive was drone photography of the garden.

Nice people but poor communication, seemed to lack drive for actively finding and booking appointments and in the end we changed agent

They organised an Open Day for a Saturday so I spent ages getting everything ready. I had asked for a sellers board to be erected the previous week only to be told it was in hand and even on Saturday morning nothing. So I rang up only to be told that my agent was away until Monday morning!!!. So what happened to my Open day today? All I got was a feeble sorry. Totally unprofessional as they failed to communicate. A simple phone call? Nothing. I was so angry that I demanded to speak to him. An hour later he rang with his pathetic humble apology and bullshit. I told him his services were no longer required. He begged me for another week. I Don't do unprofessional.

We are in our forever home thanks to JackCharles!
The team worked really hard on both our sale and purchase as it was far from a smooth ride due to factors outside any of our control, however the team remained professional and the challenges were overcome. When there were pressing matters, we even had email responses far outside of ‘working hours’, as the senior team are dedicated to their business. They undertook all of our viewings for our sale and were accommodating when we viewed properties. If needed they prompted solicitors to keep momentum for the chain. On completion day we were able to collect our new keys swiftly.
One grateful and very happy family :D

Very good experience selling with Jack Charles. From the valuation to the day we sold the whole team have been brilliant. They are very friendly, professional and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to answer any questions we had. The communication has also been very good. We sold within 11 weeks of being on the market and had a lot of viewings within this time. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND James and the team for a smooth and speedy experience.

The team at Jack Charles were always very helpful. James was very polite and professional when doing the valuation and didn’t pester us while we decided what agent to use. Sold our property within 11 weeks and we had a lot of viewings within that time. Communication was very good. Brilliant experience. Would highly recommend.
