We rented a property with Proctors seven years ago, so when we asked three agents to view our property, Proctors was first on the list, followed by two of the top agents down Orpington high street. One under estimated the house valve, the other wasn't sure where to place the valve.
Proctors saw the valve, and even though we where pushing the area ceiling price decided to market the property at a higher value.
The photos taken, really showed the changes we had made and were of a high quality.
Communication was very good from the whole Petts Wood team,

Price term offered highly competitive. Now, days don't find much value added by high street estate agents like Proctors. Don't find a differentiating factor between them and the provider like purple bricks. Proctors just depend on platforms like Zoopla and Rightmove and didn't find any other effort to generate interest. I found their effort below average. They lacked the drive that was needed in this competitive marketplace. They were able to generate very less interest in 3 months period. I was not impressed with their engagement. I have post-purchase disappointment after signing up with them. They would need to inject a lot of energy and customer orientation to be still relevant in this highly competitive market.

After 2 other agents had failed to sell our property Proctors sold it within a week. Best agent in PW, we used them before and just wish we had used them first time again

It was ok lots of staff walking about but one person asked you what you want and you have to wait for the certain person to serve you, A member of staff called Harry extremely helpful he deserves a WOW.

They were friendly, courteous and professional. They kept me in the loop at each step and updated me after each potential buyer had viewed my property. I would recommend this Estate Agent. Jason Stockdale was my main contact as well as Tarnia who was also very helpful.
