First I thought rent through a branded estate agent but they charge one and half month rent as their commission to find a tenant. I found Ahmed who offered me only one week rent as a commission to let the property find professional tenant and reference check . I agreed and they found a working couple within 3 days and let my place . which was wonderful . Highly Recommended.

SER residential took 2 of my properties and has failed to pay me rent for the last 5 months. I've tried getting in touch by email, phone and even at his registered address. Its all closed up and no one to be found. He is collecting rent from the tenants and has failed to pass the rent to myself. He is a fraudster. Do not hand over your property to him. He will guarantee you rent for a few months and then will stop paying and disappear.

I rented my property to South East Residential in 2020 on a rent guarantee basis. To date South East Residentials owes me 3 month rent arrear. For many months I was trying to reach out to them, with no success. The office is now closed, the owner is nowhere to be found. People be aware before trading with this company, it is not trustworthy at all.

SER Properties was pocketing my rent collections. To date SER Properties had held on to almost a year's payment totalling £16,474.94! He is not accepting court service to release my property. He has absconded as we cannot reach him on phone, he is no longer at his 343 Lee High Road, SER12 8RU address, neither is he responding to emails.
