Providing viewings right from the start and selling the property within a month. I was contacted right the way through the process, both in a friendly and professional manner. Felt at ease right the way through the process. Pennaf will also setup an account for you where you can see exactly where you are in the sales process from start to finish. I highly recommend Pennaf Premier.

Finding the right house was one thing but from the moment we left a message with Zoopla, you were quick to reply, accommodated my busy schedule to view the house and when we met, you were a joy to meet. You made the negotiating process as painless as possible. Now getting close to completion you are still keeping a close check on the chain and keeping everyone motivated. Both Michelle and Gregg are amazing and I can’t fault the service received from them. Michelle makes you feel so welcome whenever you speak with her and makes you feel so comfortable too. 13th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Extremely disappointing…Started off excellently, then they got bought out twice (by Countrywide, then Connoll’s, I understand) and I barely heard from them afterwards. Their great Mortgage adviser also left, plus her replacement who didn’t let me know, in which time interest rates went up. Their newest in-house mortgage adviser in Killay is fantastic, however and really helped us out, I would highly recommend her. Relatives of mine also listed their property with JF Sketty before the service nosedived and they’ve had an even worse experience, now causing huge inconvenience and worry. I would absolutely avoid and go to Belvoir Sketty instead, whom I cannot fault. It’s very rare indeed that I feel compelled to leave a bad review but feel strongly that people should be aware, not to lose a lot of time and have to deal with lot of stress, if nothing else. It’s a real shame as the initial staff (whom I assume mostly left) were superb and I see that previous reviews on here recognise this.
18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Richards Estate Agents sold our property, and despite the sales falling through on 3 occasions, Ken found buyers quickly, and was always supportive. We'd recommend Richards over all of the larger estate agents in the area, and would definitely use them again if we ever need to sell a property
31st Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Absolutely terrible communication throughout our time renting with them, never answer emails or call you back. When it came to leaving the property it was even worse, no explanation from them as to how and when to leave so they ended up charging us more due to there own miscommunication. Then they overcharge for everything at the end of tenancy and make up charges. I wouldn't recommend and would advise you find another company to rent from. They blamed all their mistakes on "the new girl" and they only care about the landlords and the money.

3rd Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)I have been living next door to one of their rental houses and their fence has been majorly broken for over a year and hanging into my garden,they say they cannot find anyone to fix it ? I have spoken to your team on many occasions by phone and email. The last person i spoke to was Gregory Williams. Another month, fence still down, will it ever get fixed ?

The house was a small starter home at the lower end of price range of properties in the area, but even so I was treated very well by all the staff with regular updates throughout. The fees and terms were also competitive compared to some other agents I compared with. The team worked well with my solicitors and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others looking to sell.
