12th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

Finding the right house was one thing but from the moment we left a message with Zoopla, you were quick to reply, accommodated my busy schedule to view the house and when we met, you were a joy to meet. You made the negotiating process as painless as possible. Now getting close to completion you are still keeping a close check on the chain and keeping everyone motivated. Really can’t thank you enough. 5 star service
10th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)We were unsure how best to sell our home to achieve the quick sale that we required. Katie from John Francis was great with her valuation and getting a nice listing up on the website. She suggested we sell via the "modern auction method" with their I AM SOLD collaboration. Everything worked very well. There were a few very minor delays on account of some lender issues, but on the whole we were kept well informed by I AM SOLD & Dylan at JF Pontardawe. The price received was a little under the initial valuation but a very fair price overall. The I AM SOLD method gives the buyer impetus to complete in a timely manner, which is mainly a good thing from a seller's perspective. We are very grateful to you all for getting everything sorted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone selling by this method and through this agent. Thank You

11th Mar 2017 (7 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

13th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Extremely disappointing…Started off excellently, then they got bought out twice (by Countrywide, then Connoll’s, I understand) and I barely heard from them afterwards. Their great Mortgage adviser also left, plus her replacement who didn’t let me know, in which time interest rates went up. Their newest in-house mortgage adviser in Killay is fantastic, however and really helped us out, I would highly recommend her. Relatives of mine also listed their property with JF Sketty before the service nosedived and they’ve had an even worse experience, now causing huge inconvenience and worry. I would absolutely avoid and go to Belvoir Sketty instead, whom I cannot fault. It’s very rare indeed that I feel compelled to leave a bad review but feel strongly that people should be aware, not to lose a lot of time and have to deal with lot of stress, if nothing else. It’s a real shame as the initial staff (whom I assume mostly left) were superb and I see that previous reviews on here recognise this.- 10th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Had a leak and reported it plumber there in ten mins then came back next day and repaired everythingI.impressed

I have both bought and sold houses through them over the years and there has been a genuine feeling of warmth and trust throughout. A really easy team to communicate with and just lovely human beings!
