11th Mar 2017 (8 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

15th Feb 2025 (17 weeks ago)Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. What truly stood out was how safe she made me feel. No matter the issue—big or small—she always reassured me that everything would be okay. Whether it was a maintenance concern or a financial worry, Carys never made me feel like a burden. She consistently found solutions and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and secure. Now that I’ve bought my own home, I look back on my time renting with such appreciation. Carys didn’t just manage a property—she genuinely cared. I couldn’t have asked for a better first renting experience, and I can’t thank her enough for the positive impact she’s had on me.

Yes, slow market, everything is transparent, due to the internet way of working, selling, and buying. Feel no reassurance, whatever I've done the chasing to chase this company. If I ever sell it will cost me thousands. Feel very disappointed. I do get it, too many sellers, not enough buyers, communication in my opinion is key. I'm part of their bed & butter This company suggested I reduce the price. WHY would I do that when not a single person has viewed? my property. I had to say said no, I'm in the right price bracket, I've checked. All said this agent came recommended, Family business, etc etc, local so disappointed with the lack of communication, from them to me. How long does it take to send an update email to a client. Phew exasperated.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
