14th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.
15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. 20th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Not impressed they put people working before people on benefits tell you if your on benefits you can't afford the property even though you will get housing benefit and iv noticed on quite a few reviews on here they blame the landlords for everything half the reviews on here are probably from people they know or friends with them im glad im not renting from them

16th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This must be worst letting agents in south wales i applied for a property to rent and was sent a link.to.pay holding dyposit i explained it would be done same day but give me until.5pm as im traveling bk to wales from england as i was at relative funeral sadly on my way home throught no fault of mine my mercedes was hit badly on motorway by a drunk driver i was hospitalised for few weeks in bad way i explained to letting agents and they was so rude to me and abusive i even offerd them medical evidance despite this property still availsbile and i have ready funds to rent the property they lied to me and said it was rented for next two years but the house still.remains emty and viewings still.takeing place this agent has in last few days been reported to ombusman for there missconduct towards me and i want make public aware this agent are worst ive ever come accross they lie throught there teath verry dishounest and have no hearts more posts to follow on tick tock and u tube also i was paying 900 that they wanted but in fact the house is only valued by local agents at 675 pcm im single dad recently divorced sleeping on a two seater sofa and am absoultly desprate for a property for me and my daughter this agent needs be ashsmed of them selfs

17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Incredible letting agents especially for students, honest and reliable. They recently contacted myself and my former housemate to inform us we had credit on our account with them so they could give it back to us as we had long since moved out. Many other letting agents wouldn't have bothered to email and would have kept the money to themselves, but White&Jones are not like those others, they have credibility and honour. A property agent you can count on to do you right and not mess you around. Zero issues.

They have been fantastic in helping us sell our property by attracting a host of potential buyers through their marketing expertise, followed by first class hands on viewings which resulted in securing our sale at the asking price. Special thanks to Chris and Anne who led our sale.

A special mention to our case manager, Lewis Llewellyn. He is always prompt, responsive, and proactive. He helped resolve issues when our solicitors faced problems with the lender, arranging exception handling and ensuring quick disbursement of the loan. Highly professional and efficient.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

As first-time buyers we were in safe hands, from the numerous viewings we had with Calow Evans to completion of our new home, we were incredibly grateful to the team for being proactive and helping with any queries we had. Their genuine and candid approach meant that we never felt pressured with any of our viewings and when it came to the legal aspects they were always more than willing to assist where possible. Where there were issues within the process, communication was fantastic and explanations and effective solutions made the issues minimal. To those looking to buy whether you're first-time or well-experienced, I'd highly recommend giving Calow Evans a shot!
