21st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord

We would have no hesitation in using Dawsons again as they have a great reputation and good knowledge of the local market.<br>Thank you once more David and his team.

11th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have! All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!

We actually sold for more than we expected, which was fantastic! He kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always there to answer my many calls when I was feeling anxious or stressed, always reassuring me.<br><br>Sophia was brilliant with the viewings and kept us updated with any solicitor queries, making everything run as smoothly as possible.<br><br>The service from start to finish was outstanding. Everyone was so easy to get hold of, even outside of normal working hours, and always responsive.
