Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Mark David were the obvious choice for us when we decided to put our 2yr old house on the market, because we already knew Michael Beard there and he had a huge amount of experience with our property and the new estate. It soon became clear that all the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
