In our experience F&C brought commercial realism to our house sale showing a hunger to succeed with an excellent sales video and brochure add to that a professionalism to close the sale.<br>If your more interested in talking to agents with double barrel names, pearl necklaces and limited sales expertise then you should talk to someone else. We had four months of this before changing to F&C, three weeks later we had a sale.

Wasted thousands of pounds with a completely incompetent and untruthful estate agent. Represented a immoral client and was quite happy to go along with his unethical decisions when both the seller and the estate agent knew my position. Waited for 9 months for the house to be finished as agreed and then asked for considerably more money. Why on earth Terry didn’t advise the seller that this was unethical and completely unfair considering how understanding we were, especially considering we were first time buyers. Disgusting service and would never advise anyone to use them. Very glad it backfired for both F&C and the seller.

I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low.<br><br>After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer!<br><br>Very happy and would recommend!

The view was, to get a result that was different, we would go with an agent that did 'something different' to the rest, and so we opted for the team 'F&C'. Terry and Chris promised high and delivered absolutely in line with their promise; 2 weeks on their books and we have sold! Could not recommend them enough.
