26th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)I would not recommend Mann Ashford. They were not pro active and did not keep in contact to let us know what they were doing in terms of our property. No one answered the phone. They were disinterested and all they wanted to do was reduce the price. Never phoned us we had to phone them. They achieved no viewings on our property. A very poor performance and no service.

4th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)We chose Radfords as they are a small, local company. We were rewarded with exemplary personal service. Due to external issues it turned out to be a tricky and stressful sale. However this was mitigated by the professional, friendly service we received from Radfords. It didn’t matter which member of the team emailed or left a message, whoever answered the phone or replied knew exactly what the situation was and how to help. When calling I never needed to say more than my name. The whole team have gone over and above to complete the sale of our family home.

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.
4th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)We recently sold a property using the services of Gould Harrison, and the service we received was terrific.<br><br>The final stages of the transaction proved particularly challenging, but Gould Harrison went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed smoothly and successfully.<br><br>As this was a probate sale, there was an added emotional element throughout the process. The team were always there to support us, even making a last-minute dash to the property on the morning of completion to help keep everything on track.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gould Harrison to anyone looking for professional, responsive and supportive estate agents.

They were always approachable and friendly, professional and supportive throughout the whole process of selling my late mother's home. I would highly recommend them.

Nothing was too much to ask even if it was after 5 o’clock, he would still respond to my questions and queries.<br>Thank you to the skippers team for getting us over the finish line.
