We didn’t hesitate to use his family agency to sell our much loved home and were hugely impressed by the care taken throughout: the photography perfectly captured its essence, the feedback from viewings was excellent and Stefan handled our sale expertly and extremely sensitively, skilfully balancing the needs of both parties, which led to a quick and very smooth completion. Top marks and thanks to all the team!

29th May 2020 (3 years ago)Paul’s expertise in the commercial property field was instrumental in helping me to obtain a change of use, and planning permission for my Grade 2 Listed building. He used his wealth of experience to prepare a report to submit to the planners to find “the optimum viable use” of my building. That is not as simple as it sounds, as the building being Listed has many restrictions. However, Paul using his local knowledge and experience prepared a list of possible options. The Planning Committee valued his report, and permission was granted. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services unreservedly.

Wayne's concientious, efficient and personal touch is to be commended; Wayne has communicated with us from the viewing right through to completion and provided regular updates throughout the whole procedure. We could not be happier and Appleby's service is faultless. We would cetainly recommend him!.png)
