2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Must congratulate a helpful woman named Debbie, who not only showed people around the property, but made sure the property was advertised to its full potential and we were kept fully up to date on its viewings and progress.
23rd Apr 2022 (2 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information- 22nd Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)UNPROFESSIONAL!they accept my saftey deposit and all my references checked,after wasting my 1 week when i go for contract sign she said property is rented out a week ago to someone.making lame excuses clearly could tell she was lying or was not aware of situation.RUBBISH services and totally unprofessional

Consistently use their initiative with formal processes. Prompt regarding compliance issues and punctual around visits. I would recommend them again and again.

15th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)I usually don't write reviews, but Knights & Co definitely deserve it! I've rented a property with one of their agents back in August 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. Since the beginning, Hansa was super comprehensive with all my questions and concerns, from the tenancy agreement and length to a bed that broke afterwards and she managed to sort it on the same day. She promptly assisted me through the renting process, doing everything in her power to make my tenancy as pleasant as possible. If I had any sort of concern or problems with the property, I could literally just pick up the phone and give her a call no matter what day or time it was, and she would sort it out within minutes. Even when they're busy, they still give you the attention you need, and assist you in the best way they can. I am happy to say I was able have the experience to be a tenant with them, and I wish I could always be assisted by them as my Estate Agency. This is honestly the best estate agency I've ever dealt with in nearly 10 years of renting, and I couldn't recommend them more! Big thanks to Hansa and a solid 5 stars!

30th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)ReMax Caning town property sale team has totally disappointed us in every step of 6 weeks period of sale of our house and wasted our time. They made a good first meeting impression, compare to other 6 estate agents, which swayed us to go with them but from there it was total disaster. The listed cost of property was not discussed and advised properly, they agreed with our “wishful” house price to get us sign up with them, rather than advise against current market situation. The listing of our property has been unprofessional, copied twice with different prices and unmanaged even after countless requests. The availability of the sale team was getting worse every week up to the moment where weren’t able to reach anyone in four working days. We had very little or no feedback from them on any viewings of our property. Compare to our second chosen estate agents who were complete opposite on every step of successful house sale ReMax was terrible choice and I would recommend everyone with hope of smooth and quick property sale to AVOID ReMax estate agents altogether!!
