23rd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information

They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!

They were very good at arranging viewings for when they were convenient for us. They called us to change the marketing strategies when the house hadn't initially sold so we felt they knew what they were talking about to sell our house.

16th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The digital app and the advertising works really well. Being able to control viewings and offers on the app is brilliant and highly recommend other estate agents do this. Once the property was live and our original agent changed, every interaction has been awful. Promised weekly phone calls from our dedicated agent, didn't receive any. Agent has changed multiple times without our knowledge. Been on to live chat to ask for call backs when we had offers as we asked for help to negotiate and still didn't get a call back. Ended up just doing it myself. Have since accepted an offer and still haven't had a phone call from anyone. Even after going online and asking someone to call. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely not worth £999. Actually feel like we shouldn't pay a penny as they done nothing to help us.Purplebricks - covering Romford

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
