Great service - as a landlord myslef I have found them easy to deal with and very professional - top marks
I put in admin fee of £250 on a property and they were still showing the property around to prospective tenants until someone told me they haven't taken it off the market, I challenged it and emailed Ben Randall a member of staff who didn't reply to my email, after waiting a whole week under the pretext of 'checking reference' I called and spoke to Chris (the only decent chap among the lot, he should join a better company) who chased up the situation for me, apparently Ben Randall has presented 2 applicants for the same property to the Landlord and with applicant offering more money the Landlord swung the applicants way, I was never told this from the beginning of the application, I was clearly told by Ben that I'm the only applicant and the property will never be viewed except I pull out, subsequent findings proved otherwise.
I don't understand how a business that called itself a family business will stoop so low to be involved in such sharp practices and can still look at themselves and be proud of not been honest and straightforward.
There was no call , no email, no apology or even potential offer of any property despite the fact that I explained my situation to them that my rent expires in my present place and I will need to have a place sorted within a week, they were comfortable holding my money and playing me around like a game of chess.
I don't like playing a race card but maybe they prefer a certain demographics or certain colour preference as the Ben Randall chap has that very cold unfriendly mien when the deal was transacted, he might be acting to script.
I have worked with Paul and his brilliant team in Grays for several years now. I'm always impressed with their level of professionalism and how they treat me, their clients and suppliers. For them every single home owner, buyer and seller is important and they treat the 1 bed flat owner with the same respect and diligence as the large estate owner. I already recommend them to all my clients so if you are in the market to sell or buy a home, look no further!

Useless retards. Don't ever contact me again. Trying to buy a property and no call back. Also never answer the phone or return calls. Wankers6
A brilliant experience with Fresh and Jess in their after sales team was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.
Do not use this service. Fresh estates are concerned with one thing and one thing only - their commission.
From the start, they overvalued our property and when challenged as to why we had no viewings, I was told that their recommendation is just that. It was MY choice to list our property at the price they suggested. We therefore lowered the asking price by 10k on their 'new' advice.
Fast forward 4 weeks and we find by searching property websites that our immediate next door neighbour had sold for a further 10k less. When questioned about this, they insisted that they didn't realise we hadn't been informed. Cue another drop of 10k and a reasonably quick sale.
As we live overseas, I gave Fresh a set of keys and permission to enter the house after they communicate when they would do so via e-mail. On at least 1 occasion the house was entered without prior consent and on numerous occasions, the burglar alarm set off as they couldn't disarm it (despite being shown how to do so).
We have finally exchanged and completing next week. To my frustration they have charged me commission on the initial asking price and not the sale price. The Director refused to reduce the price. This now makes sense as to why the initial price was so high.... its all about the commission.
I wish I had looked into the reviews on Google in more detail prior to selling through Fresh. Had I taken the time to do so, I may have realised that a number of Fresh employees have rated their own service as 5*... surely this is a conflict of interest!?
I won't be using Fresh again, either to buy or sell. Needless to say, I am sure that many people have found them to be good or better, but for us, possibly the worst company we could have gone with.
