Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants... Read more

Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. After exchange of contracts we received no communication from WH Brown at all. They made no arrangements for collecting our keys before completion. On our moving day we were requested to drop off our keys at the WH Brown office. As can be imagined we had so many other things to do on what is a very stressful day and subsequently was unable to drop off our keys.
