Fantastic team, very professional wouldn't go with any other agents in the Midlands
DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS after a long sale and little input or help from Maxine (sales admin) this sale only survived from the forward thinking of the Skitts estate agents in Willenhall that was involved in the sale above. Skitts Wednesbury lost the sale below.
Also they do not know how to put someone on hold correctly before they comment on all the customers in the chain, If they do there job in even withing a large time scale people in the chain would not need to call !!!
If you unfortunately have a sale with them check your completion statement as they had also tried to request more monies.
The overall process from start to finish was far more stressful than needed to be and staff and management need to be trained in customer service and how the sale of a property works as this seemed to be a problem.
I haven't had anything to do with this place, but it's the only estate agents in the area that bothers put up decorations on their windows for Xmas, Halloween and of course St George's Day. So in my opinion they cannot be all that bad at selling or renting properties.
Poor quality of property sold. Which is why the agents don't even put the pictures up.
Goodchilds have been fantastic a looking after my rental property, I have been with them for a number of years and I cannot fault the service from them, each time a tenant has moved out they have resolved any issues and the gaps between tenancies have been very short.
VERY DODGY COMPANY, IN CONNECTION WITH FUTURES THEY ROB TENANTS, KEEP WELL AWAY
Thank you Goodchilds for looking after my property, as you know I only rented it as it would not sell, I have had three tenancy changes and now the value has gone up I have managed to sell it with you. Great service and both sides
I was looking for a property to rent . saw 3 with Goodchilds two were riddled damp - the third was reasonable but needed some repairs before habitable.Disgusted that a big company like Goodchilds would try to rent properties with so many problems they should insist on a basic standard from the landlords as they charge such huge admin fees!
I listed the repairs- some of which were legally required ie working fire alarms, carbon monoxide detector as had sold fuel fire, electric check, two broken windows, back door not opening, front door lock not working, no hand rail on stairs and garden full of broken slabs loose floorboards in bedroom, sealant black with mould around shower. The letting agent said 'normally tenants don't check' she informed that the landlord probably wouldn't bother with these items! The company should be ashamed to try to rent out such properties,
