From the very beginning, the team made the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. A special mention has to go to Kavita and Gin, who truly went above and beyond for us at every stage. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication was outstanding. They kept us constantly updated, always made time to answer our questions, and gave us complete confidence that everything was being handled properly. Selling and buying at the same time can be overwhelming, but with Henley Charles it never felt that way. We were supported from start to finish, and their communication and efficiency made a huge difference. The service we received was personal, genuine, and far exceeded our expectations. We honestly couldn’t recommend Henley Charles enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who really cares about their clients and goes that extra mile, this is the team to trust. 2nd Oct 2025 (6 weeks ago)Arranged a viewing to rent a property and no one turned up. I rang within 5 mins of waiting outside to be told they are waiting for me upstairs and to ring the bell. Rang the bell no one answered, waited another 5 mins called again and they said they can’t get in contact with them and will call as soon as they get in contact. Waited 50 mins in total and had no contact from them. Was ringing and ringing and no one answered. Rang a few hours later throughout the day and still no answer. Had no call from them to update me on anything. Unprofessional and poor communication and will not contact them again.

26th Sep 2025 (7 weeks ago)Estate Agent called Tracy is just rude, constantly talks over you. Huffing and puffing on the phone when I said I'd like to put down an offer. Then tries saying they don't have no confidence in me buying because i wanted to address some issues regarding a "cash buyer" property that I wasn't aware of and renegotiate the price that SHE forced me to increase to from my original offer. If you deal with Tracy goodluck, you aren't getting anywhere and she's very rude. I have been a landlord with Leighton Paul for a while now. Any time I call the office the team is always so friendly and courteous they cannot do enough for you. Rents has always been paid on time to my bank, Martin the Director of Leighton Paul is pleasant and a very approachable gentlemen who is very knowledgeable of the industry has always communicated with me effectively, there's always been excellent answers to any questions I've had over the years. My tenants are leaving at the end of January and I glady will be using them for marketing my next tenant. I recommend Leighton Paul very highly

Any time I call the office the team is always so friendly and courteous they cannot do enough for you. Rents has always been paid on time to my bank, Martin the Director of Leighton Paul is pleasant and a very approachable gentlemen who is very knowledgeable of the industry has always communicated with me effectively, there's always been excellent answers to any questions I've had over the years. My tenants are leaving at the end of January and I glady will be using them for marketing my next tenant. I recommend Leighton Paul very highly

23rd Aug 2025 (12 weeks ago)I had a pretty poor experience renting through redstones. The flat I moved into was in a poor state when I moved in, their check in photos were poor and they were unhelpful in helping me gain access to the flat once I had got the keys (didnt give me the code access). It then took me almost 6 months to get my deposit back from my landlord (thanks to the poor quality of their check in photos). I wouldn't rent through them again.
