   Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty... Read more

   I have now worked with Strutt and Parker twice, first when purchasing my home last year and more recently when selling a family property. On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively.    I have given two stars because they at least called me back. Not a great call though. I was told they had too many properties and "it doesn't even have a sea view" I replied "I'm sitting looking at the water right now" (partial sea view at property) Just felt like I was the one trying to sell the house to them. Which I thought was their job. Maybe they just didn't like the property... But.... I sold the property with Fiuran Property in one week.    Dealt with Dianne - Buchannan Burton’s Estate Agent. When visiting our house for a valuation, all measures were taken to comply with COVID-19 instructions. We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole.
