2nd Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with never sorted any of the problems we reported, that needed fixing always had to do it myself to then be told I didn’t have permission to do that. there rude on the phone when you call them about a issue. and trying to get my deposit back was a issue I was always having to chase for it back and after about a month I still didn’t get the full amount Avoid at all cost

Nothing was too much trouble for them, they gave me excellent advice and even suggested services I may need. They have superb local knowledge and a good price for the house I was selling. I could not praise them highly enough and would recommend anyone to use them if they want a professional caring service.

14th Jun 2020 (3 years ago)Only open until around 1pm on a Saturday which I would say is a big downfall. After each viewing we would receive very similar feedback each time and didn’t manage to sell the property even after all the months we were with them. Sold with another company after only a few days.- 24th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)I’ve used many estate agents over the last thirty years but none compare to William Hedge in Paignton, they were first class from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with their team always professional and helpful, I’d highly recommend to anyone, the one thing your guaranteed is STANDARDS

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

15th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely 5 star service from Vicky at H2O homes! I was temporarily without heating last week and she and a colleague came round in minutes with heaters. Vicky could not have been more helpful and caring. Next time I’m renting a holiday flat I will go to her first! Highly recommend this company.

21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)The Coastal House were a pleasure to deal with when I was looking for a new home in Dartmouth. Being very new to the area they were very helpful in helping me understand what I needed and were supportive and never pushey towards any particular property. They went out of their way to allow me to view properties at short notice as I had a limited time to complete my search and this made all the difference. Both the Dartmouth and the Kingswear office are brilliant at following up, making recommendations and ultimately assisting with the purchase process. I rather ambitiously aimed to complete before April back in early January and this has happened due to their relationship with the recommended solicitors and their willingness to chase and communicate between parties effectively.

25th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Pilkingtn Estates were the first firm to give us an estimate incorporating a range of prices which could influence how rapidly the property achieved a sale. Their descriprion of the prooperty was entirely positive with no sense olf overselling it to potential buyers.
14th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I purchased a property through this estate agency but this has to be tbe worst estate agent I have had the displeasure of working with. In two viewings of the property neither time the estate agent accompanied us leaving the vendor to show us around. We purchased the property but the house was not taken off sale until two months later and countless calls, each with a different excuse to why it hasn't been taken down, only me threatening to pull out resolved it. One month into the purchase I called to see progress and the staff member I spoke to didn't even know the house was sold. A week later they cancelled my surveyor appointment thinking I wasn't proceeding. One month after that I had a call from their team asking if I wanted to view a property they had just taken on. I could never get hold of their progressions team and never got a response. When asking if we could view the property before exchange they said they would try but didn't have a key and the owners were away, then avoided the request and on day of moving I had a call to say they would be out of the office and they would leave a key somewhere safe for me to collect. They then called back and said there was a key in a keysafe all along. I insisted on them checking this, lucky I did as there wasn't. I would have turned up and been unable to get in. Avoid them at all costs.
