This is one of the worst letting company, communication is poor. If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.... Read more

Very positive experience selling our house with Nicola Kennedy Residential.
