We were informed of offers promptly, and after closing they took the time to walk us through each one so we understood everything clearly. Their communication was consistent, reassuring, and always helpful.<br><br>Every member of staff we dealt with was fantastic — supportive, organised, and genuinely invested in making the process smooth for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Residence to anyone selling their home.

The team got our property live on the market incredibly quickly, with great marketing and photos, and they managed all of the viewings for us, which took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work and expertise, our flat sold very quickly and achieved a really good price. We were especially grateful for how considerate and accommodating they were in working around our baby, making viewings and appointments as convenient as possible for our family.<br><br>The communication throughout was excellent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. 18th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Absolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

From the enquiry stage to the moving in stage, Shannon and Kirstie were always ready with answers for my questions and also ready to help where they could, I must add promptly too.<br>I would recommend any second, time or day. They have an amazing team here, no complaints at all.
