A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!
22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Kelvin Valley Properties have been my lettings agents for just short of 7 years now and I cannot fault them in any way, shape or form. Every member of staff is extremely kind and genuine and they have always been on hand for me any time I’ve needed any help or advice with any issues I’ve had over the years. Being one of their tenants and having numerous health issues they have always gone above and beyond the remit of being just letting agents. Nothing is ever a problem for them and if they have been able to help me be it a repair issue or some advice or just pointing me in the right direction for any assistance I’ve needed they have always been on the other end of the phone and only too happy to help me. My property managers especially never fail to ask me how I’m keeping and show genuine concern and understanding for my health and wellbeing which is just so so lovely of them. Any time I have my property inspection, which is usually every 6 months, they always take the time to have a chat about how I have been keeping with my health and always remind me that they’re only ever a phone call away which is really more than you’d ever expect from a lettings agents. Being a smaller business than a lot of lettings companies out there I think is what makes them so special because they have always treated me with the utmost respect and consideration and it almost feels like I’m speaking to family members. Even the contractors they use for repairs are equally as nice and always take the time to explain what exactly needs done and when and how the jobs will be completed. When I had an issue with the boiler one winter the heating engineer Ray, who was already finished work for the day, came to my house and made sure that I had at least some heating and hot water while he sourced the part needed for my boiler type and as soon as he got it he was straight out to get everything working normally again. I even, because of my health issues, managed to get myself locked inside the bathroom one day, luckily I had my mobile phone in my pocket, I panicked and didn’t know who to contact so I phoned Kelvin Valley and within no more than half an hour they had one of their contractors in my home who got me out and also made sure I’d never be able to get myself locked inside again by carrying out some minor alterations there and then. I would 100% recommend Kelvin Valley Properties to anyone looking to rent a home and also to landlords looking for a reputable trustworthy company to manage their properties for them. They really are a cut above the rest! If it was possible I would definitely give them more than a 5 star review because they really are the best bunch of people who not only do a fantastic job of looking after the homes they manage but also the tenants too and I am extremely grateful and thankful to each member of the team for all they’ve done and helped me with over the years!!<br>??????????

He instilled confidence in how to market and advertise the home. It was evident this was going to show the home to its best and proved to be the case as it was sold in less than a day. We can’t thank him and Lynn enough as they made the whole process as painless as possible . Cannot recommend Village Estate Agents enough !

Diane carried out property inspections every six months and was always friendly, professional, and approachable. On the rare occasions that I had any issues, she responded quickly and worked with the landlord to get everything resolved as smoothly as possible. The entire process, from moving into the property to moving out, was well organised and fully supported, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and easy. I really appreciated Diane’s helpfulness, clear communication, and genuine care throughout my tenancy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Diane and the letting agency to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive rental experience.

14th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We were moving from Glasgow to Airdrie and came across Arrowhead estate agents as they were selling our new house.We were instantly impressed with Gavin on our first viewing and asked him if he would sell our old house aswell, It was the best decision we could have made.<br>The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Gavin’s knowledge of the industry and professionalism shone through throughout the process, we felt extremely valued as customers and Gavin was always on hand to answer any questions we had.<br>Gavin and his team managed to sell my house within a fortnight for a price we were very happy with, whilst negotiating the best deal for us with our new purchase, all within a very reasonable rate.<br>We worked with Arrowheads financial adviser Thomas who was also great to work with , Thomas made himself available to us throughout the process and completely removed any stress due to his financial expertise and competence.<br>We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Arrowhead Estate Agents.Due to the teams professionalism , hard work and very high level of customer care , our whole moving experience was enjoyable rather than stressful,and we continue to recommend them far and wide.<br>Thanks again Arrowhead

I would highly recommend Karen if you are looking to buy and/or sell properties.<br>Karen has great knowledge of many local areas and committed to the process till the point properties are concluded and keys are handed to new owners, and if needed beyond this point too. While selling can be a stressful experience Karen remained a constant professional but friendly calmness providing helpful advice and knowledge.
