From the moment we met her, she was incredibly friendly, approachable and engaging, and made the whole experience feel really relaxed.<br><br>What stood out most was how down-to-earth and personable she was. She was professional without being overly formal or uptight, and it felt like we were speaking to a normal, genuine person rather than just being given the usual estate agent sales pitch.<br><br>She was also absolutely brilliant with my three-year-old daughter, taking the time to chat and engage with her, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Overall, Vassna made a really positive impression on us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
