I have nothing but the highest praise for Justin and his team at Allen and Harris in Wallingford. I viewed a property on sale through them and fell in love with it. The offer was accepted and I was thrilled. Then came the huge disappointment, the seller took the house off the market. Undeterred by this setback Justin promised to leaflet the area and find me a new home. He was true to his word and to my astonishment he found me another house just as good, if not better, than the first one. Within three months I had the keys and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team at Allen and Harris in Wallingford have been brilliant from the moment I initially approached them about selling my property. I had previously had a bad experience with another agent and they have been an absolute breath of fresh air. Justin and Leanne in particular (although James and Emma have also been great) worked tirelessly to not only secure viewings but also secured an offer which led to the completion of the sale.
