I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. Chris is absolutely fantastic; he has truly gone above and beyond to help us sell our home. He genuinely understands the challenges of moving, and the importance of communicating after the initial 'sale'. He was quick to market our property, opening as many avenues as possible to ensure a sale; then when we had issues at the bottom of our chain, Chris took it upon himself to push this through, doing the job of several others in the chain to ensure we got moving as fast as possible. I have no doubt at all that we would still be waiting in months time if it were not for him. He kept us informed all the way through, daily contact, and i cannot thank him, or his team enough, and I cannot recommend Homebase highly enough. Extremely professional, hardworking, knowledgeable team.

I could only highly recommend Chris and his Team they are absolutely wonderful. My case was quite complex we are new to Wallingford I have a young daughter who started Secondary school this year and so needed to move here before September. Having been let down by another agent/property, Chris was able to get us a viewing of one of Homebase’s properties by the next day and we fell in love immediately. He rang us weekly to check how the process was going, and is super friendly and helpful, chasing up lawyers, negotiating with the owner and offering help even after the sale. He’s been completely honest with us at every junction, which has made the whole process much much smoother and we are very grateful to him and his team! Im not normally one for writing reviews but Lee and Chris and the team at Homebase Property management definitely deserve one. I have dealt with a handful of estate agents trying to find our first house and this was the only place that I felt completely confident in and as if they were actually interested in finding us a home at 20 years old with 3 dogs. Really professional, polite and very efficient, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Unprofessional, rude and selfish.
Poor customer service from Caroline, moved into.a house and told there was no underlying issues with the house but we stayed there 9 months and had a repairman there at least once every two weeks!
Always made to feel bad every time we contacted them about a problem with the house and would try to ignore us as much as they could to the point it would take 5/6 days to get a response.
Don’t do business with Homebase Property Management it’s simply not worth it, they only want the money and that’s it.
Half the reviews on here are simply not true!

I have encountered many property agents in the past but I have to say the Homebase team stand out from the others for their sheer dedication, friendliness, patience and efficiency. Nothing is too much trouble, even to the extent of answering my plea for help after hours . Each time I needed their help or advice it was promptly given and it felt as though I was dealing with friends rather than just a letting agency. They truly live up to their name of "Home"base.

Chris has been fantastic at ensuring that all the stages of getting the property was straightforward and there were no last minute hassles with getting the property. He took me through the process of renting the property and on the day of the handover it was simply a matter of checking in at the property.
