I have already posted a glowing review in relation to the Carter Jonas team at Oxford but yet again the team have been super supportive and helpful in a variety of ways, Maddy in particular who is my go to person at Oxford, and who goes above and beyond to help and is proactive and responsive. I am so happy, feel valued, real quality of service, I cant recommend the team enough.

I wish Google allowed zero stars because this is what this agency deserves. Very slow with everything (the only exception is collecting money from you!), constantly passing emails to various members of staff, and in the end no one gives a clear answer to your question. When things get tight because they have procrastinated so much, of course it is the tenant's fault, and you end up with no flat and no reimbursement for the fee that you have paid. Additionally, they seem to charge tenants for all sorts of things, and are very unhelpful when it comes to explaining the contract.
Definitely would not recommend.
PS All the five star reviews here seem to have been written around the same time and are quite similar in style. Suspicious, isn't it?

Allen and Harris were keen to finalise the contract and deposit payment for our rented property, but once we began renting they became obstructive and extremely unhelpful and were near impossible to get hold of when problems occurred. Definitely not very professional, and certainly not recommended for lettings.

We recently used Chancellors in Didcot to move to a rented property and were very impressed with the personal service we received.
Tom and Jack were great, we mainly liaised with Tom and he was proactive and updated us at every stage at such a challenging time with the COVID virus.
In my short experience with letting agents in Didcot I think Chancellors and more specific Tom are a credit to the service, we experienced very poor service from other agents in the area and it was a welcome surprise to us that Tom and Chancellors were so proactive and caring.
I would not hesitate to use the branch again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Crooks. Forgot to cancel a standing order into their account. Called and explained that I had made the mistake. Was bluntly told that there would be a 12% charge for transferring my money back. Yes, thats 12% of £650. Avoid at all costs! Oh and as an after thought, never seen so many 5* reviews before, smells just a little of family and friends.

They went above and beyond when some unexpected hurdles arose, to help ensure a smooth transaction for us. Andrew especially, was always on the other end of the phone to give us reassurance and guidance whenever we needed it. They are a true credit to the team and I cant recommend Them enough

Our house was arranged for a part-Ex through TM but as far as I am concerned I should still be treated like a client with the same standards.
The whole ordeal with TM has been terrible.
They do not vet any of the viewers, most people who came round either had no funds to buy the house, not sold their current house or could not commit to the moving date being so far in advance.
More then one occasion the agents were so late to the house that we were more then half way showing the people round. When they did finally show up we had to book in private extra viewings or answer extra questions as TM were unable to answer questions on the house or commit to more viewings.
The icing on the cake was the final viewing. They were late as usual and we were halfway through showing the people round. We advised the non apologetic agent that we would walk up the road then come back and to call us on my mobile when ready (Had this situation with Green & Co and they called and waited for 2 minutes just fine)
20 mins later we heard nothing so we walked back to the house to find the agent gone and ALL doors to the house unlocked with the viewers waiting outside saying they were waiting as the agent left it all unlocked. We were relieved to find these people were not the type to take advantage of the situation or any passer by for that matter!
We called to complain to the Wantage branch and the manager was less then helpful if not rude. We were very calm on the phone and stated the facts in order but we were cut off by him saying 'its not getting us anywhere'.
No apology so we advised we would talk to our developer to remove them, to which he replied 'We'll see' then hung up!
I will never be using TM and will be advising friends and family the same.

Chris and the team at Green and Co have been excellent. From creating a superb marketing video right the way through to accompanying and vetting tenants. Nothing is a problem and their positive attitude was refreshing. Very professional indeed and resulted in our property being quickly let at a fair market price and a good quality trustworthy tenant. Would definitely recommend using them and indeed we will certainly be doing so going forward.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I have recently had a terrible experience with Green and Co. Wantage and would seriously never wish to have anything to do with them again! As a buyer spending a significant amount of money on a property, I was treated appallingly! If it had not been for the fact that I absolutely love the property I have purchased through them, both Gemma and James would have put me off the sale along time ago. On several occasions I was on the receiving end of what I can only describe as bullying! Never before have I had to ask someone to stop being so rude to me over the phone (as I did with Gemma when she hung up on me!) Due to having to sell my property in order to purchase my next (standard chain scenario) I was telephoned for updates by these guys almost constantly who became really quite angry with me! The whole experience was dreadful. There is a lot more I could say about their unprofessionalism but the main point here is avoid dealing with these people if you don't want to be treated like dirt!

Church Robinson have always stood out to us as the most professional, friendly, and effective estate agent in the Didcot area. We have been through the process of buying a house with them twice, the second attempt was successful but a challenging and drawn out process. The team were outstanding, always excellent in communicating with us and chasing solicitors. It's hard to imagine that the sale would have gone through without the effort they put in. They are a pleasure to deal with from the minute you book a viewing until you are handed the keys. Would 100% recommend.

Most of the Staff are very pleasant to deal with, however watch out for hidden Checkout charge, that's not advertised/in agreement and the Company's that do the Check in (BPP) report and Check out (Phoenix)report. My Check in report was very poor bad pictures, hence me asking to change it and complaining, check out report was top class high definition pictures, which cost me a lot on my deposit, due to the difference in reports, which was heavy complained about.
