Charlie was warm and professional from the start, and kept the sale on the rails at times when it looked like it might fall off. In all the ways that our solicitors were not helping, Charlie helped to the bridge the gap and keep everyone informed. Would happily recommend Connells to family and friends.

Jack Chapman was especially kind, polite, and helpful, assisting us with every request and ensuring a smooth process. A big thank you to Jack, as well as Taylor Corkery and Callum Parsons MARLA, for their professionalism and attention to detail. They handled all arrangements perfectly, making the start of our tenancy stress-free. We are pleased they will be managing the property and are confident we’ll continue to receive the same high level of service. Highly recommended!

After viewing the house we were travelling overseas and were able to undertake all of the paperwork and processes from there. Luke was incredibly supportive and always on hand to help (as was Nicolette). As first time buyers they made the whole experience positive and we highly recommend them! Thank you!

10th Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)Made an offer on a property at Full asking price, I was told by the agent the seller would break their chain for the right price as I am a cash buyer, no mortgage needed! This agent took 3 days to get back to me, I had to chase the agent! I was told by Paul Pieri himself, that the seller was happy to accept my offer, but they would continue to market the property! The original story given to myself by Suzy an employee of Paul Pieri regarding the sellers own position, was a totally different story given to me by Paul Pieri ! The seller was happy to accept my offer, but needed to find a property to buy, therefore I left my offer on the table. However it is absolutely clear I was fed a Cock and Bull story to get me to offer the full asking price, while the Agent continued to market the property, despite my request to remove it from the market should the seller accept my offer! The agents Paul Pieri have absolutely No integrity, they used my offer to drive the price up from another buyer, and failed to keep me informed! Not surprisingly the agents Paul Pieri have made absolutely No attempt whatsoever to contact me, by phone, or email to keep me in the loop, and inform me the property has been sold to another buyer! Totally unprofessional, and unethical! I then see the property STC on rightmove, within weeks of Paul Pieri confirming the sellers acceptance of my offer of full asking price! What a waste of my time and energy. My advice is stay clear of this Company!

They handled every aspect with reliability and professionalism, lifting the stress off my shoulders. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, especially Claire and Victoria, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. Initially, we were struggling to find somewhere to live in Oxford and our experiences with other letting agencies was stressful to say the least. Rosie was the first lettings negotiator we dealt with that was empathetic to our struggles. Rather than pressuring us into making an immediate decision, we were given time to consider making an offer, and Rosie and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We highly recommend renting with Savills (and Rosie in particular) if you're looking for somewhere to live in Oxford.

At first I thought they were too good to be true, but they seem genuinely helpful, reliable, knowledgeable, and so far very proactive with their communication. From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. 5th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)At the beginning of my tenancy, the agency seemed very professional and attentive, but unfortunately, my experience changed towards the end. It became clear that they were more focused on representing the landlord’s interests. If you are a landlord, I’m sure they will do a great job for you. However, as a tenant, I cannot say I had the best experience. My advice to future tenants is to document everything. After every phone call or interaction, follow up with an email summarizing the conversation. Trust me, you’ll need that paper trail.
