A first rate experience - Vicky at Waymark was our person to go to and as tenants we found her to be communicative and approachable - she looked after any tenancy issues in a fast and efficient manner and gets the job done. Overall a very positive experience renting with Waymark and one which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Waymark were lovely when they wanted our business but very unprofessional and sometimes rude when we started letting and were moving out. Would not recommend.
We witnessed (through our dog camera) a member of staff pick up and read our Mail on the table, in our house during a viewing.
A lot of issues were not fixed in our property when requested.
We were issued a Section 21 as the landlord was selling and from then the Head of Lettings was very rude when speaking to us and was not interested in helping keep our business.
Very disappointed as we are an easy going, respectful couple and appreciated the home we made.
