7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I enquired about a property I could comfortably afford, but the way I was spoken to by one staff member was completely unacceptable. While I understand there are legal procedures to follow, there is no excuse for being rude, raising your voice, or speaking to someone as if they are lying about their finances. A second staff member later called and explained the same procedures in a calm and respectful manner, which just highlights how unprofessional the first interaction was. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable having this estate agent manage a property I live in.
27th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Just sold my late Mothers house with Burns& Reid. When I met Sara for the first time at my Mothers property no hard sell , she showed really Empathy with my situation . After that I did not have to do anything. Carol in the office arranged all appointments regarding viewing and kept me informed regally . This was a completely stress free situation thanks to the office staff. Thanks for everything .

They supported us through the moving out process and made moving into our new home much easier and stress free. They also helped us to find our new house which we’re really grateful for. A special thank you to Ella for all her help and support throughout . She has been great from start to finish. Highly recommend!

10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Sold my house through Bridgefords. Bethany was very good at dealing with our very difficult sale. Lewis was always very helpful whenever I spoke to him. Other staff members I found very frustrating. Would ask them for information and then never hear from them. The estate agent I bought by my house through was always contacting me for updates because they said Bridgefords didn’t reply to her emails. They were proactive in helping to chase up solicitors and keep the lines of communication open between all the different parties involved. Abigail has dealt with all my queries over the phone and has been amazing sending me property suggestions, being considerate of my requirements and budget. Super helpful! Emma took me to my first property and was very informative helpful throughout. Suzie took me on the remainder of my viewings and has been amazing. Arranging 2nd viewings where needed and generally being lovely and supportive through the whole process which is daunting as a first time buyer. They've helped to make the process / experience enjoyable and exciting Can't thank them enough ??????

Whilst we was dealing with the pain of bereavement and deciding to sell our parents house, dealing with Darren was friendly, very knowledgable and professional advising us through all the stages of selling the property and made the process as easy as possible. He was available and a constant throughout and went above and beyond to keep us updated right through to completion when we was not getting much updates from the Solicitor.
