Throughout the process they have been very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, informative and exceptionally helpful. They were our go to for anything we wanted to know and kept us regularly informed on how the whole chain was doing. Without their expertise, we are sure it would have taken a lot longer for our purchase to complete. They offered us help with names of local removal companies and catteries - nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend this most professional of Estate Agents if you are looking to buy it sell in this area, they are superb.

This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

25th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Booked a valuation for a property to go on sale. No one turned up. When spoke with the branch they made excuses saying someone had called in and cancelled the valuation. Complete and utter nonsense. Wasted my time.
13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

I had been looking for just the right property for nearly a year. During this time the whole team were so helpful arranging viewings around my schedule and keeping in touch during the purchase. A very personal approach to house buying which was much appreciated and a pleasure to experience.

They were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole of my tenancy with them. Very easy to access for any queries or problems that I had and made sure I was dealt with straight away. They gave sound advice at every step and made what could have been a complicated process feel completely manageable. Their professionalism was exceptional throughout. We were kept fully informed with regular updates, and they worked tirelessly to arrange consistent viewings until the right buyer came along. Their strong local knowledge was invaluable, and they even provided trusted contacts for services such as clearance firms and solicitors, which made the whole experience far smoother. Its been three weeks and I havent been able to duplicate my loss key to my house! Why do you guys even have him?? If you guys are never open, dont display opening hours on Google

25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
