The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!

They were incredibly helpful, always on point, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was honestly the best I’ve experienced—clear, quick, and consistent throughout, which made a huge difference. They were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and supported at every stage. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet approachable at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent! Julia May has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout this stressful process as we had very lazy solicitors if it wasn't for her things would have been much worse. An absolute asset to prime estates.

They say moving house is in the top 10 most stressful life events - which makes it even more important to have the right estate agent looking after you and seeing the sale through to completion. 6th May 2026 (1 day ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!

Becky and Aliya in particular were standout members of staff during the viewings and offer stage, with Emily then handling the sales progression efficiently and ensuring everything moved smoothly and was thoroughly explained. From accepting the offer to completing took around 10-weeks and this was in large thanks to Becky and Emily's persistence! The initial photos and service were also fantastic and the wider team were all very friendly. Would recommend!
