20th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!
7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

28th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had a very bad experience with heart....two times..l went with them ..and both times..was a waste of time....l don't think Thay no what they are doing......l think heart s are crap......one of the worsed estate agent s around........ very poor......
30th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Michelle Chapman & Fin were a tremendous help in my hunt for an apartment. They went above and beyond to show me a property I was interested in, and made the necessary arrangements to secure it for me quickly. Michelle answered all of my specific questions about the property, and she went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed prior to signing the lease. She is the best! The process was smooth, and I am excited to be a tenant in the U.K!
