27th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I had a valuation appointment booked for 9:30am today. I arrived on time and waited, but there was no confirmation prior to the appointment and no communication to let me know that the agent was running late or unable to attend.<br><br>After waiting around 20 minutes, I called the office/agent myself, but the phone rang out and nobody answered.<br><br>I appreciate that delays can happen, but if you are unable to attend an appointment, I would expect the courtesy of being informed. I had specifically made time for this appointment and unfortunately the lack of communication has left a very poor first impression.<br><br>I was looking for an estate agent I could trust to handle the sale of a property, and based on this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.
