Alex was so helpful and kept me informed and also kept me from going mad, she went above and beyond her remit. The suggested solicitors DC Law, let them down but that was out of their control.<br>I would highly recommend Alex and the team in Old Swan

An acceptable offer was made shortly after the viewing and since we have accepted the offer Jack from the Walton vale branch has been a great help with looking out for a suitable home for me and the Mrs to move to, thanks for your help and continued support.<br>Peter Griffiths

16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Keir, the Findyoureden represtative ,that visited us was well prepared and very personable young man with all the information regarding the valuation of the house, he explained the process clearly and concisely and left us with all the information to allow us space to make our decision, Once we decided he returned within a week and did all the photographs which were professional and represented our house in its best light. Within hours of it going on sale we had 3 viewings and as we had booked a holiday we left them to do all the viewings while we relaxed on the beach, genius?????? Before the week was out we had had 2 offers and ,after a last and final offer, accepted a very good price, over our expectations, Throughout the process the communication by all the team has been superb. All information and help was given promptly and when I asked for advice I was given clear answers that really helped. I couldn’t give a high enough recommendation of the whole team to a prospective seller. Thankyou you’ve all been brilliant

The additional support from sales progression, was invaluable, she kept the unruly solicitors on track ??????. There is also the little golden nugget of 'new home renovations', made the process of having some remedial works, much less hassle. No need to look at any other review's, I am always right - choose Freyja North xx

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.
