Very poor and unprofessional service. When they first posted the advert for my apartment they got the details wrong with the number of bedrooms, fees etc…. They are very difficult to get hold of and when you get through on the phone they are ver defensive and unapologetic. Communication on progress and visits is none existent. After 2 months of having my property on the market with them, their customer service team called me to enquire about my feedback as to the recent valuation they carried out and why I chose not to go with them to sell my property. Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price...
