18th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I've been blown away by this fabulous company from the initial valuation to completion. Madison came out took all the photos and property was listed quickly on Rightmove. Photos were fab. I I was lucky that my proerty sold quickly. Then came Jake who dealt with things once a sale was agreed He was just a SUPER STAR. Chasing all parties, daily updates. He was the one who kept me updated at all.times. He was always very professional and such a lovely kind person. I would highly recommend this company and.wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Why pay thousands.of.pounds when we have this fantastic company on our doorsteps, at a fraction of the price.

Alex was so helpful and kept me informed and also kept me from going mad, she went above and beyond her remit. The suggested solicitors DC Law, let them down but that was out of their control.<br>I would highly recommend Alex and the team in Old Swan
31st Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile. You our very lucky to have such a amazing employee. Thanks again Jane

Selling my late sister’s property while living abroad seemed like a massive, stressful challenge for me but Brooks made the entire process much easier. After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. I am so grateful, as they made what seemed like a difficult situation much easier than expected.

26th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Really positive experience with Belvoir Prescot from viewing the property through to getting everything sorted for moving in.<br><br>James showed us around the property and was friendly, helpful and happy to answer our questions during the viewing. Natalie then handled the rest of the process and made everything straightforward and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had questions or needed clarification, we received clear and helpful responses.<br><br>The whole process moved very smoothly, and we really appreciated how quickly everything was organised and how well we were kept informed along the way.<br><br>A big thank you to James, Natalie and the Belvoir Prescot team. We’re very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!
19th May 2024 (2 years ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price
