We were hoping for a quick sale but to not compromise on the value of the property in doing so. REMAX and Carol in particular did not let us down. Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands. The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon. It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!
