Josh was exceptional. My father's house had been on the market with another agent for a number of months with almost zero viewings. We decided to move to Josh at F&C and he created a real buzz about the house sale and marketed it in its best light. As a result he generated a large number of viewings and shortly after an offer which we accepted. Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved.

Minimal viewings
Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage
No communication from the estate agent
