21st Jan 2022 (2 years ago)The most rubish estate agent i have ever seen. They only work for comission from landotds, they don’t care about tenants. All tenants just be careful. At first they look ok but this is only fake protend.
4th Jan 2025 (13 days ago)I was extremely impressed by the service and the professionalism of the staff at Fraser Wood. From the start of the process to the sale of the house, the advice and communication was first class. The sale was dealt with sensitively and I cannot recommend the company enough.
23rd Aug 2024 (21 weeks ago)We have completed on the sale of our house today which has been sold via the Willenhall office of Paul Dubberley. From the first meeting with Keanu, who valued our property & gave us many hints & tips, the service we have received has been impeccable. I received text messages to confirm or cancel appointments & received calls with feedback from the viewers. I must particularly mention Shelby. She was always so ‘on the ball’ & would always get back to you, which is so important. She was always so polite & friendly & after a very stressful day for us yesterday, she sorted & confirmed that our exchange had taken place. Thank you Shelby. I would definitely recommend this company, Well done ????

From the outset, David was very courteous and helpful when he valued the property, and then Michelle and Jane inspired confidence and were a pleasure to deal with as they navigated the sale.

We were helped and guided through the process by Kate Knight and Stacey Pickering who were both very polite and professional. I asked for my windows to be repaired after 3 years of suffering with freezing temperatures and when they finally sent someone out (Yes it literally took them three years) they gave me a section 21 as they convinced the Landlord it was easier to turf me out than to actually fix the windows after they finally did an assessment. When questioned about the section 21, they said that it was Belvoir have put up a 'to let' sign. So they obviously lied. The property was absolutely disgusting when I moved in, it hadn't been cleaned and had only been painted. The front door was hanging off, the floor was poorly tiled so kept sticking to mine and my cats feet. Infested with flour beetles and silverfish. Was consistently gaslit by Penny and Alex claiming it was all the Landlord, when in reality it was Belvoir sending out the cheapest cowboys. I had their section 21 assessed by Citizens Advice and found it wasn't actually a legal one due to a number of missing documents they never legally supplied to me and that if taken to court it would be thrown out but I have opted to move due to how much I hate this property and it's 'Management'. Quick to take your money and demand rent increases, but will never help you or do the repairs needed. AVOID AVOID. Unprofessional. The worst agents I have ever dealt with. (As you can see from the photos, these are an example of some of the shoddy conditions they said the flat was perfectly fine to let for. Please take note of the front door that had a gaping whole in it and their cowboy builder filled it with expanding foam, the door barely locked and I had to get the council out to force Belvoir to fix it due to it not meeting safety regulations.)

Their staff are in the same mould. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with our queries. We found their charge rates to be very competitive.

18th Aug 2020 (4 years ago)I’m not a person who writes reviews but Skitts have provided such a professional, high standard of service from the moment I picked up the phone for a quotation, I feel I must make the effort. Jane has been fantastic her communication is second to none, she always without fail called me when she said she would. Answered any questions in straight forward terms and always checked that I understood fully. She made me feel like a person not a number on a tick list. I was so pleased with the service I appointed Skitts to sell my Mothers house as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Skitts as I’d previously used another local Company who didn’t deliver anywhere near the service I have received selling both properties. I hope they never change from the personal service they offer it is heads above any Agency I have previously used.

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
