   Highly recommend Martin and the team at Forum Sales and Lettings. Martin sold our home for us but prior to going on the market it needed a bit of a spruce up - even before we had signed to them Martin gave me a great contact who got the work done quickly and to a high standard and the house was marketed. It went under offer within a week but unfortunately this fell through later in the process. Straight away the house was back on the market, a new buyer was quickly found and completion day finally came.
