Throughout what turned out to be a difficult and long sale with multiple chain collapses, they were there to support me in continuing and to give me advice on the best way to proceed. Aimee is delightful to deal with and was very kind and patient to me during this drawn out process. The whole team are extremely knowledgable and professional and I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

They were pro active in chasing up solicitors, and very quick to act on any instruction or problem that we had. Special thanks to Emily, Christine and Lauren as these lovely ladies were the ones we had the most dealings with. Always helpful and service with a smile. ??????
9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)To phone up asking for a viewing, to be told 'because you got 4 children the house is to small and the landlord wouldn't entertain it.' Surely its up to me if the house is to small. Agents or landlords since may 2026 can not discriminate against people with children. They will be staying with me one night a week for goodness sake.<br><br>Government website states....<br><br>The government’s current guidance is very clear: a landlord or letting agent cannot discourage or prevent someone from renting because they have a child under 18 who will live there or visit. This applies to letting agents acting on the landlord's behalf too.<br><br>DISGUSTING!

James acts as the backdrop and container for these discussions, making sure that everyone is brought onto the same page. He keeps the conversation on track with seemingly little effort, and his ability to read situations and explain things clearly is invaluable. The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. Very professional and easy to work with.
