The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. If your in need of an Estate Agent you couldn't be in better hands will without doubt use them if we ever move. Thank you for everything ????

Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. I’ve been kept up to date with every process and phone calls. She has made it so much easier than I was expecting. Very on the ball. Thank you Heather and your team.

22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)We are at the beginning of our journey, but so far oakmans have been great! We had a great valuation meeting with Ellie who made you feel at ease throughout. Ellie and the team were helpful with getting our house on the market as quickly as possible which is what we wanted. We have now successfully had an offer after only 5 days on the market. Jai has kept contact with us throughout the viewings and with any questions we might have had have always been answered promptly.
